Our CCB Community has great expectation for “The Yard”, the first business fair organised by the CCB Alumni Association (GreenBeats). It will take place tomorrow, Saturday 23rd of October at the Colegio Colombo Británico, starting at 3:00 pm and will last until 9:30 pm. This fair will be a beautiful and unique evening organised especially to share with the alumni community, CCB families and totally open to a general audience as well.
Here you will enjoy different guest artists, speakers, stands with the best brands and a warm atmosphere to share with family and friends.
With the launch of “The Yard”, it is expected that people can share their experiences about the business world, enjoying a good time and networking that will allow them to enjoy this space. This will give greater visibility to the companies and enterprises of collaborating staff, parents and former students, with the aim of boosting their sales, creating new agreements and giving a greater positioning to GreenBeats.
“It is the opportunity to have new agreements for GreenBeats, as well as for companies and enterprises that have alumni, parents and collaborators, and also the opportunity to celebrate CCB’s 65th Anniversary, and generate a greater sense of belonging with the school’s graduates”, said Alejandro Osorio, a member of the GreenBeats team.
Due to the difficult situation of the pandemic along with the public disturbances experienced in recent months, some of the enterprises and businesses that people belonging to the CCB have been affected. This will be an entrepreneurship fair where every brand owner who is starting a business or has already established on will make themselves known to others, in the spirit of “Colombo buys Colombo”.
“How to make a celebration of 65 years? helping, making a nice event, an innovative event in Cali, an elegant entrepreneurship fair, with live music, guest artists, a salsa show, having experiences for employees, parents and the general public, providing the opportunity to know our school, see our campus, support us and feel the Colombo Heart”. said Daniela Téllez, CCB Alumni Office Coordinator.
There will be a capacity of 1000 people, where it is estimated that 800 will participate in this innovative fair. Also with the participation of the renowned actress Patricia Castañeda, CCB Alumni, who will be the MC of this beautiful evening.
The price of the tickets for this fair is 20.000 COP and each participant will have the chance to enjoy a delicious cocktail specially prepared by a professional.

La Comunidad CCB tiene gran expectativa por “The Yard”, la primera feria empresarial organizada por la asociación de ex alumnos CCB (GreenBeats), que se llevará a cabo el próximo sábado 23 de octubre en las instalaciones del Colegio Colombo Britanico, y tendrá inicio desde las 3:00 pm y se extenderá hasta las 9:30 pm. En esta feria se tendrá una hermosa y única velada organizada especialmente para compartir con la comunidad de Ex alumnos, Familias y amigos del CCB y está también totalmente abierta al público en general.
Aquí se disfrutará de diferentes artistas invitados, conferencistas, estands con las mejores marcas y un cálido ambiente para compartir entre familiares y amigos.
Con la puesta en marcha de “The Yard”, se espera que las personas puedan compartir sus experiencias sobre el mundo empresarial, viviendo un rato agradable y generando conexiones que les permita disfrutar este espacio. Brindando la posibilidad de dar mayor visibilidad a las empresas y emprendimientos de Colaboradores del CCB, Padres de familia y Exalumnos, con el fin de impulsar sus ventas, crear nuevos convenios y dar un mayor posicionamiento a GreenBeats.
“Es la oportunidad de tener nuevos convenios tanto para GreenBeats como para las empresas y emprendimientos que tengan los Exalumnos, Padres y Colaboradores. Además es una oportunidad de celebrar los 65 años del CCB, y generar un mayor sentido de pertenencia con los egresados del Colegio.” Mencionó Alejandro Osorio, miembro del equipo de trabajo de GreenBeats.
Debido a la difícil situación de la pandemia junto con las alteraciones de orden público vividas en los últimos meses, algunos de los emprendimientos y empresas que tienen las personas pertenecientes al CCB se han visto afectadas. Esta será una feria de emprendimientos donde cada dueño de esa marca o quien está comenzando un emprendimiento se dé a conocer, bajo el espíritu “Colombo compra Colombo”.
“¿Cómo hacer una celebración de 65 años? Ayudando, haciendo un evento agradable, un evento innovador en Cali, una feria de emprendimiento elegante, con música en vivo, artistas invitados, un show de salsa, teniendo experiencias para Colaboradores, Padres, Exalumnos y público en general, brindando la posibilidad de que conozcan nuestro Colegio, vean nuestro campus, apoyen lo nuestro y sientan el Corazón Colombo.” dijo Daniela Téllez Coordinadora de GreenBeats.
Se tendrá un aforo de 1000 personas, donde se estima que 800 participen de esta feria innovadora. Contará además con la participación de la reconocida actriz Patricia Castañeda, Exalumna CCB, quien será la Maestra de Ceremonia de esta gran iniciativa.
El valor de las entradas para esta feria es de 20.000 COP con la cual cada participante tendrá la posibilidad de disfrutar un delicioso cóctel.
