The Interhouses Athletics and Swimming Competition was a week of excitement, competitiveness and love for the dragon, the lion, the crocodile and the wolf. These activities took place on the week of the 22nd to the 25th of November, where students from 6th to 10th grade left their skin in swimming, athletics and ball throwing.

This sporting event lived up to the true meaning of Houses activities within the CCB history. The sporting venues were in top condition, and we had the privilege of having professional judges for each activity. You could tell our students had a thirst to win.

The swimming competitions featured 25m freestyle, 25m breaststroke, 50m freestyle, and 4×25 relay and was carried out by our 6th,7th and 8th graders.

The athletics competitions were also exciting. The main field was in perfect condition, ready to receive the 9th and 10th grade athletes who participated in the 4x50m Relay, 50m Relay, 800m Middle Distance, 1500m and Ball Throw.

This is the final score table of the Intercasas competition which also includes the points obtained by the students in the Plogging, CCBMUNXIX, and Mural Design activities.

Designing a mural for the House

As part of the commemoration of these activities, the high school students, together with art teacher David Morán, also created murals for the Houses. This event took place in the corridors of the Secondary section. Here are the winning designs:
